HP Printables App Reviews

I cant print without setting up my printer which is odd because other hp apps recognize my printer right away. Whats worse is that it wont let me set up my printer without a claim code which I have to get from support which is so difficult I would have to take a day off work just to complete the steps. Why would HP put so much effort into annoying their customers like this? To top it off, the app cant remember my country or language. I have to scroll through the long list of countries every time I try a different option. Was this app even tested?

I discovered this feature by accident. I print renovation contracts from my truck. I came across this and thought, why not. My 5 year old Bentley loves running to the printer to see what actives we will do together that day. Brilliant....

Some bug with password variable I would have to guess.

This is horrible hp please fix this app ASAP. I NEED TO GET SOME STUFF PRINTED.

Very frustrating just to sign in and now I cant even link up my printer. Cool idea although app is awful

I found this app AiO Remote is a work around till an update comes out for HP Printables its allows your phone to connect to your printer through your Router. However only some printers are compatible with this app.

Able to log in to account on web, but same login info errors-out on app. And to add insult to injury, the website keeps pushing the app!

Since the 12/17/14 update, I cannot log on to the app. I am able to login via a web browser just fine. Please fix this!!!!

App not working wont allow sign in yet I can sign in with browser Note hp connected via browser is also not functioning correctly Does not show my printables nor does it show catalog. Would be nice if hp fixed both

I would expect better from HP. This App simply doesnt work. It asks you to create an account, then once you do, the Create Account button doesnt work. HELLO! Maybe get a high school kid to do your coding for you.

Great online performance, but the mobile app is a worthless non-functioning POS! The POS developer should get their SH** together...totally ruined my HP Christmas gift and excitement of having this technology. SO, FU and your lack of skills!!!

It used to be awesome. Now it wont complete sign in. Fix it!

Works fine on the web from a PC so I know all my credentials are ok. But cant even sign in with this iOS app. Not what I would expect from hp. And even more unbelievable, if you follow their email help flow, you get a robo-reply stating that hp no longer offers email support for "your product". Great business model...

In theory the app is great! The issue is in reality the app wont allow me to login. Why would HP consider putting without testing it first?!

Can sign in on the browser but not the app. Doesnt deserve the 1 star.

I wish I had read the reviews before installing this app. Its impossible to login. Uninstalling.
